My Lord:-

I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Lordship's despatch No.23 of the 22nd ultimo forwarding a draft of amended Quarantine Regulations to be substituted for those issued by me on the 25th of February last.

The Regulations of February 28th were repealed by the Regulations issued by me on the 13th ultimo, embodying the provisions of an amended Siamese Decree on Quarantine. These latter were forwarded to Your Lordship with my despatch No.2 Commercial of the 29th ultimo.
